Property Management Team Structure

A dedicated Portfolio Manager is assigned to each complex and serves as the primary communication channel and single point of accountability for all service delivery requirements.  Each Portfolio Manager is supported by a dedicated team within the branch providing specialised support:

  • Portfolio Administrator
  • Debt Collector
  • Accountant
  • Clearances Clerk
  • Creditors Clerk
  • Data Capturer
  • Payroll administrator
  • Municipal Accounts Clerk
  • Maintenance Clerk

Each Sectional Title Department has a Sectional Title Manager and issues can further be escalated to the Branch Manager.
