On our website (www.trafalgar.co.za) we have a service called “Property Portals”

A login and password has been created for each of the complexes managed by Trafalgar in order to gain access to information regarding your specific scheme:  (There is a demo available on the website)

Your Portfolio Manager will give you the login and password for your scheme.

You will be requested to stipulate what information / documents you want to have on this site in terms of the existing structure of the site.

In terms of the financial information – Trafalgar utilises a specialised, real-time computer information system highly customised to cover all property management purposes.  Comprehensive accounting, maintenance and debt collection modules are integrated.

The Financial information available on Property Portals pulls through from this system and it is therefore real-time information that you view on the website.
