Take on Health Check

For complexes taken over from other Managing Agents we also have a take-on team that will ensure that all take-on procedures are carefully attended to, including a take-on ‘health check’ which will ensure that all legal archives and other compliance requirements are in place and attended to. The Trustees / Directors will be provided a detailed report confirming the findings and completion of the take-on ‘health-check’.
