Managing Agent

A Managing Agent can be appointed in order to assist the Trustees in managing the complex and enforcement of the Rules of the Body Corporate.  This includes the management of the common property and the collection of levies.  The Managing Agent is appointed in terms of the STSM Act and are bound to the Body Corporate in terms of a legal contract which must contain the terms, conditions, obligations, fees and duties (secretarial and financial) of the Managing Agent to the Body Corporate.
