Financial Reports
Detailed monthly management reports are circulated (preferably by email) to all trustees for review and confirmation.
The report packs available include the following:
Levy roll pack
Income statement pack
Full report pack
The levy roll pack includes the following reports and an example is attached for ease of reference:
- Levy roll
- Building Trust account statement
- Creditors roll
- Debtors age analysis
The levy roll pack for the previous month is forwarded to the Trustees in the first week of the next month.
The income statement pack includes the following reports and an example is attached for ease of reference:
- Financial Summary report
- Multi-month Detailed Income Statement Administrative Fund
- Multi-month Detailed Income Statement Reserve Fund
- Balance Sheet
- Payroll report (if applicable)
The Accountants have until the 10th business day (working days) of each month to work through the accounts and ensure that everything is correctly allocated – thereafter this report gets forwarded to the Trustees
The above two reports are sent every month to all Trustees who indicated that they would like to receive it.
We then also have a Full report pack that is a combination of the two reports, but is only circulated to Trustees that indicated that they prefer this report – and it will only be circulated once the Accountants confirmed the allocation of all items.

- Financial Summary report
- Building Trust account statement
- Budget Comparison Report Administrative Fund
- Budget Comparison Report Reserve Fund
- Balance Sheet
- Creditors Roll
- Levy Roll
- Debtors age analysis
- Payroll report (if applicable)
