We have given notice to our Managing Agent, but the new Managing Agent is battling to get the information from the previous Managing Agent - What can we do?

Quote from the STSM Act:
PMR 27
(7) If the body corporate terminates its contract with an employee or a managing agent, that person must within 10 days deliver to the body corporate all records referred to in this rule that are in the person’s possession or under the person’s control.
Should the previous Managing Agent not hand over the information, the BC can go to CSOS for relief.
