It could happen at some stage that we need to make a refund to you on your levy account – the following procedure to be followed:
- The owner needs to send a bank statement or proof of payment that this was their payment.
- The refund will only be made into the bank account in which they have sent us the POP that they made the payment.
- We then request ID (we have the bank statement) to load them as a creditor.
- We then do the EFT requisition and pay the client back.
All refund payments are verified by the Sectional Title Manager before finalized to avoid errors.
