Refund Process

It could happen at some stage that we need to make a refund to you on your levy account – the following procedure to be followed:

  1. The owner needs to send a bank statement or proof of payment that this was their payment.
  2. The refund will only be made into the bank account in which they have sent us the POP that they made the payment.
  3. We then request ID (we have the bank statement) to load them as a creditor.
  4. We then do the EFT requisition and pay the client back.

All refund payments are verified by the Sectional Title Manager before finalized to avoid errors.
