Managing Agent

Trafalgar gets appointed by the Trustees, and the signed Management Agreement governs the duties and responsibilities of Trafalgar. You can get a copy of the signed Agreement from your Portfolio Manager.  Please remember that the Managing Agent acts as a mere employee of the Body Corporate and acts in every way on the instructions received from the Trustees and from the Body Corporate.  We do however have more knowledge and experience than any Trustee or owner and can therefore advise the Trustees and Body Corporate on Sectional Title issues.
