An Overview of Shareblock Scheme Management

A Managing Agent plays a key administrative and operational role in the day-to-day running of a Shareblock Company, acting under the instruction of the Board of Directors. While the Shareblocks Control Act does not necessarily prescribe the managing agent duties in detail, our responsibilities are generally guided by best practices, the Shareblocks Memorandum of Incorporation (MOI), and the signed management agreement. To effectively manage the Shareblock company, it is imperative that we understand the compliance requirements for the Shareblocks to in turn advise the directors accordingly.
